• Must have experience doing commercial cable installation.
• Need to know the difference between pulling copper cable (Cat
  6) and pulling fiber.
• These projects include security, AV, and structured cabling in commercial new construction environments.
• Ability to lead crews of installers.
• Reliable transportation.
• Looking for candidates that have a good attitude and want to work.

• 3+ years of recent industry experience.
• Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
• Ability to finish projects.
• Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Strong customer and results orientation.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
• Ability to function as an effective team member.
• Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.

Basic hand tools needed. Including: punchdown tool, snips, and screwdriver set
