Employer Industry: Moving and Storage Services

- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside a U-Haul center
- Utilize smartphone‑based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move, hook up, and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers
- Prepare rental invoices and handle the return of equipment
- Participate in ongoing training and education programs
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in a moderate‑risk environment with safety precautions
- Availability to participate in continuous training and education
- Previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with rental equipment or moving services
- Basic mechanical skills or experience with equipment maintenance
- Ability to drive a forklift (certification provided upon employment)
- Certification in propane filling (provided upon employment)
