What You'll Be Doing- Be the Backbone:
Assist crew leads with everything needed to keep projects on track. - Gear Up the Zone:
Set up cones, signs, and posts — all the essentials for safe and efficient work zones. - Measure Like a Pro:
Mark layouts with precision and make sure every detail is dialed in. - Own the Tools:
Prep, maintain, and handle tools like a boss — your gear is your pride. - Site Setup & Cleanup:
Dig, erect, organize, and tidy up. Every job starts and ends with you. - Hands-On Action:
Use a range of hand and power tools to tackle daily tasks like a pro. - Control the Flow:
Safely direct traffic and keep drivers and workers out of harm's way. - Roll Out in Style:
Hit the road in company vehicles and take calls like a field-ready problem solver.

You’re physically up to the challenge — lifting, carrying, walking uneven ground, rain or shine.
- Squat, stoop, climb, and crawl — you know the drill.
- Handle uneven terrain and all weather conditions.
- Lift up to 80 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- You’ve got the balance, coordination, and grit to keep going.
- Flagger Certification (Preferred) if not, we will get you certified!
- Traffic Control Technician (TCT) Certification (Preferred).
- Available nights and weekends when duty calls.
- Candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
- Valid drivers license for a minimum of 3 years, with an acceptable MVR
