What We're Looking For

We want someone who takes pride in hard work.

You should be comfortable starting early, working long days when needed, being on your feet throughout the day, climbing ladders, carrying equipment, and spending much of your shift on rooftops in the Texas heat.

Solar experience matters. We are especially interested in candidates who already understand residential solar installations, detach and reinstalls, Enphase systems, and Solar Edge systems.

If you are dependable, experienced, physically capable, safety-minded, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.
