Inframark is seeking a Community Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair property assets. Responsibilities include responding to reports, performing multi-trade tasks, ordering supplies, and keeping thorough records using an iPad.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred), and basic knowledge of office software and water/wastewater operations. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and on-call emergencies.
