Delivery Driver

Looking for a motivated craft beer lover interested in helping grow our regionally distributing brewery. This is a full time position(40 hours/week) with weekend and evening opportunities available. Pay rate will be evaluated based on knowledge and experience.

• Valid Texas driver’s license: A valid Texas driver’s license is a must. Some positions may require a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), while others do not.
• Clean driving record: A clean driving record is a standard requirement for most delivery jobs.

• Minimum age:
  You must be at least 21 years old to deliver alcohol in Texas.
• Background check: A pre-employment background check, including a drug and alcohol screening, is typically required.

• TABC Certification:
  You must complete the Texas Responsible Alcohol Delivery Training (TRAD) course to be TABC certified. This training is necessary to ensure responsible delivery of alcoholic beverages and compliance with Texas law.
• Responsible Alcohol Delivery Training (TRAD):
  This course covers safe and responsible alcohol delivery practices and is required for delivery personnel.

• Ability to lift heavy items:
  You must be able to lift and carry cases of beer, which can weigh 15-40 pounds on a repetitive basis.
• Ability to handle full kegs:
  Some roles require you to unload kegs, which can weigh up to 161 pounds.
• Physical stamina:
  You must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb during long shifts (sometimes 10-15 hours).

• Navigation:
  Experience with GPS devices and route navigation is essential.
• Customer service:
  Strong customer service skills are important for interacting with clients and ensuring a positive experience.
• Previous experience:
  While not always required, prior delivery or warehouse experience is often preferred.
