• Hourly payrate: $30.60
• Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) Bonus

• Possible schedule, but subject to change based on customer demand:
  Work 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), 10 hours per day, from 12:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 40 hours per week.

• Intrastate/ Interstate:
  Lubbock to San Angelo

As a Driver, you'll play a vital role in delivering our products safely and efficiently to various stores and warehouses. Our focus on safety and timely deliveries is paramount, ensuring our customers receive quality products.

• Ensure compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of your equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.) to always guarantee safety.
• Complete daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.

• Must have a CDL-Class A license and at least one year of proven safe driving experience (adjusted to the license requested).
• Have a valid REAL r's license, U.S. passport, or federal  role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal  access.
• Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD) (adjusted if not required).
• You must successfully pass our drug test, MVR, and background check.
• FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration required. Link provided to get started: FMSCA.

• Customer-oriented attitude, providing excellent support to key customers as appropriate.
• Minimum one year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions. DOT requirement checks the last 10 years.
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations, as well as local, state, and federal requirements.
• Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation.
• Proficiency in using a smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times. Ability to use a scanner and log deliveries.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.
