RNDC is looking for energetic Warehouse Associates for the Night Shift. As part of the operations team, you will pick, pack and load customer orders for next‑day delivery and perform general warehouse functions such as replenishment, housekeeping, and inventory control.

• Safely unload a trailer of product, verify the load for accuracy, and stage for put‑away.
• Pick and pack orders using label picking, voice‑directed picking, or paper pick tickets.
• Meet individual productivity and accuracy standards as identified through Labor Management metrics.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and slip‑sheet attachments.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS), scan guns, and tools to maintain proper inventory levels and locations.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed.
• Interact with associates during shift hand‑off; collaborate with delivery personnel and early‑morning receiving crew.

• High school diploma or GED, preferably one year of warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification and safe operation of material handling equipment (forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip‑sheet attachments, clamper trucks).
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
