Duties / Responsibilities:

**
* ** Order Picking:
** Safely and accurately pick customer orders using a paper pick ticket or RF scan gun while operating a man-up order picker or stand-up forklift. Deliver pallets or carts to the designated packing area/station.
* ** Order Processing / Shipping:
** Prepare and package orders for shipment. Complete computer transactions, apply shipping paperwork to products, and load trucks as required.
* ** Receiving / Put Away:
** Unload trucks using a sit-down forklift. Accurately check in shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and move products from the dock to designated storage locations via forklift, order picker, or turret truck.
* Participate in annual physical inventory activities.
* Follow all company PPE and safety requirements.
* Contribute continuous improvement ideas to enhance warehouse efficiency, safety, and organization.

** Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification):
*** Experience operating various types of material handling equipment.
* Ability to perform frequent bending and lifting of products.
* Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Comfortable using computers and scanning equipment.
* High School Diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of warehouse-related experience preferred.
** Physical Demands:
*** Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift.
* Frequent arm movement, walking, bending, and stooping required.
* Must be able to lift and handle medium-weight parts up to 35 lbs.
** Compensation and Benefits:
** The estimated salary range for this position is **$19 to $23.
