Senior Scrum Master

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Scrum/Kanban practice across multiple product teams within a fast-moving environment. You will coach, facilitate, and intervene where needed to enable agile outcomes that deliver value to customers. You’ll work closely with engineering, product owners, and leadership to improve processes, metrics, and collaboration. This is a high-autonomy, impact-focused position shaping agility across the product development organization.

You will help translate agile values into practical, measurable improvements that drive faster feedback and clearer priorities.
