To expand our team at the Sonnenplatz House in Emmenbrücke, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a

• Independently planning, organising, and conducting resource-oriented activation and daily life design in group or individual activities in close collaboration with the nursing department
• Willingness to work at events in the evenings and on weekends
• Planning and conducting excursions and events
• Supporting and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration in all areas
• Designing and taking responsibility for seasonal decoration in the house
• Supporting future HF students
• Leading and coordinating voluntary staff

• Completed training as a Certified Activation Specialist HF
• Professional experience in long‑term care
• Experience in long‑term psychiatry or psychiatric rehabilitation in old age
• Organisational talent and sociable
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
