Job Role:
PYP Facilitator (International Baccalaureate - IB)

Ansal Sushant City, Lucknow
Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and IB-trained PYP Facilitator to join our founding IB teaching team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver inquiry-based lessons aligned with IB philosophy and frameworks .
Design and implement formative and summative assessments in line with IB expectations.
Collaborate in curriculum planning, unit design, and interdisciplinary learning .
Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Participate actively in IB professional development , training, and school authorization processes.
Work collaboratively with CBSE and IB teams to ensure a smooth transition to IB practices .
Eligibility & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
Recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed / PGCE / equivalent).
IB Category Training (Category 1 / 2 /
3) in PYP– is a prerequisite .
Prior IB classroom teaching experience preferred.
Strong understanding of IB pedagogy, assessment practices, and learner-centred instruction .
Excellent communication, collaboration, and reflective practice skills.
