Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- ● Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end technology projects.

● Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.

● Coordinate with development, QA, Dev Ops, and product teams.

● Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

● Track project progress and manage risks and dependencies.

● Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.

● Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports.

● Manage budgets, resources, and project documentation.

● Ensure timely delivery with high quality standards.

● Drive continuous improvement and best practices.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
- ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

● 3–5 years of experience in project management in a tech company.

● Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

● Knowledge of web/mobile applications, APIs, and databases.

● Familiarity with fintech systems and security frameworks.

● Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).

● Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
- ● PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

● Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection standards.

● Exposure to regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, ISO, RBI).

● Experience in fintech or financial services projects.
