Sr. Manager - Digital Fabric

Job Summary   We are looking for an experienced  Thread Span Network Domain Expert  with  1015 years of telecom/networking experience  to lead the design, integration, and optimization of network solutions. The candidate will serve as a  subject matter expert (SME)  in  Thread Span platform, network orchestration, and service fulfillment , driving architecture, solutioning, and implementation across large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities    Act as a  domain expert for Thread Span  platform, including  network orchestration, provisioning, and service lifecycle management
Lead  solution design and architecture  for telecom/network systems involving OSS/BSS integration
Work closely with customers and stakeholders to  translate business requirements into technical solutions
Design and implement  End-to-End (E2E) service provisioning workflows
Integrate Thread Span with  network elements (NEs), EMS/NMS , and external systems
Provide expertise in  service modeling, network inventory, and orchestration frameworks
Lead  troubleshooting and performance optimization  of network services
Guide teams on  best practices, standards, and architectural patterns
Collaborate with development, QA, and Dev Ops teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Drive  automation initiatives  in network provisioning and operations
Participate in  pre-sales, solution proposals, and client engagements
Mentor junior engineers and lead technical teams
Tools & Technologies    Thread Span / Network orchestration platforms
OSS systems (Service Activation, Inventory, Fault, Performance)
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab, etc.)
Monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
Integration frameworks (Kafka, MQ)
Soft Skills & Leadership    Strong  client-facing and communication skills
Ability to lead  technical discussions and architecture reviews
Excellent  problem-solving and analytical thinking
Strong  stakeholder management  and collaboration skills
Experience in mentoring and leading  cross-functional teams
Experience & Qualifications     1015 years  of experience in telecom/network domain
Proven experience in  network orchestration and OSS solutions
Bachelors/Masters degree in  Engineering (Telecom, Computer Science, or related field)
