Job Location - HCLTech Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (on-site)
Relevant Experience - 5-7 Years
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
Over 5–7 years of relevant experience as a Middleware Administrator in IBM Web Sphere, Oracle Web Logic, Apache HTTP, IHS, IIS on Unix, Linux, Solaris, and Windows platforms.
Resolve and troubleshoot middleware applications and ensure 100% availability, keeping them up and running at all times.
Set up middleware application environments from scratch as per project requirements and dependencies.
Provide 24×7 application support for all middleware application environments.
Strong analytical ability to provide RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for incidents.
Should be proficient in Unix shell scripting and automation.
Working knowledge across mission-critical domains such as insurance, telecom, banking, and other financial services.
Experience in administration of application servers using J2EE design patterns .
Experience with Greenfield, Brownfield, and Whitefield application migrations and implementations.
Administration experience on application servers, web servers, content servers, application deployment, etc.
Excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of business procedures and the ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
Required
Skills & Experience:
Involved in the installation and configuration of middleware applications.
Creating application deployment diagrams and request flows.
Installation and configuration of different middleware technologies for application environment setup.
Creation of JMS servers, topics, sub-deployments, data sources, and connection factories.
Developed proxies and business services using WSDL, text, and XML message payloads to expose services to consumers and route them to backend services.
Deployment of applications across production, QA, and development environments, including application upgrades.
Cluster setup and configuration.
Migration of App/Web/MQ/MB/Content servers from Linux to Windows and vice versa.
Patching and upgrading all middleware servers and environments.
Planning and executing changes on the server and application sides.
Creating and analyzing logs, debug logs, traces, thread dumps, memory dumps, and APMs.
Automation of regular tasks such as maintenance activity scripts, log archiving, auto-deployment, and server start/stop.
Configuring monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Splunk, and Nagios.
URL request routing, analysis, and troubleshooting from the internet to backend servers and vice versa.
SSL certificate creation, renewal, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Application performance testing and working experience with EAPT/VAPT vulnerabilities.
Well-versed in client coordination, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and bridge calls.
