We are hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive (1–3 years) to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns. You will run paid and organic activity across social, search, and email, analyse performance, and continuously improve ROI.

The right candidate is comfortable using AI marketing tools to scale content production, automate routine tasks, sharpen targeting, and surface insights faster — while keeping strategy and judgement firmly human.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, email, and SEO.
Create and schedule content calendars; coordinate with design and video teams on creatives.
Use AI tools to draft copy, generate content variations, build automation workflows, and analyse data.
Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimise for cost, reach, and conversions.
Manage social media presence, community engagement, and brand consistency across channels.
Prepare clear performance reports with actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Real estate marketing experience is a must — hands-on exposure to running property/real-estate lead-generation campaigns, real-estate audience targeting, and portals such as Magic Bricks, 99acres, or
Working knowledge of SEO, social media management, and email marketing.
Proficiency with AI marketing tools — ChatGPT / Google Gemini for copy and ideation, AI content and automation platforms (e.g. Jasper, Copy.ai, Hub Spot/Zapier-style automation), and Canva AI for quick creatives.
Comfort with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and data-driven decision-making.
Strong written communication and basic copywriting.

Qualifications

Intermediate (10+2) education completed, with at least a diploma or certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years in digital marketing, preferably agency-side.
Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM and lead-management workflows.
Basic understanding of landing-page optimisation and conversion funnels.
Familiarity with marketing automation and AI-driven audience targeting.
Ability to read data and translate it into clear strategy adjustments.
