Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manager role based in Lucknow Tehsil. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include leading teams, achieving business targets, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring the smooth execution of processes. The Manager will be instrumental in driving strategic growth and maintaining an environment of collaboration and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide teams effectively
Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of financial services, housing finance, and compliance regulations
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow Tehsil with a results-oriented and proactive mindset
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
Proven experience in managerial positions, preferably within the housing finance or financial services sector
