Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a New Product Development Specialist in Nutraceutical Formulations. Responsibilities include conducting research and development to create innovative Protein based nutraceutical formulations, managing end-to-end product development processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. The role involves analyzing market trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing the scale-up process to bring products to market successfully.

Qualifications

- 5+ experience at a top tier Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) or NPD Experience in a high quality Nutraceuticals focused Startup is strongly desired
- Expertise in Powder Recipe Development, Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development processes
- Strong Analytical Skills for product testing, optimization, and problem-solving
- Proven skills in Project Management, with the ability to manage timelines and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent Communication skills for documentation, presentation, and teamwork
- Background in food science, nutraceuticals, or related fields; a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the nutraceutical and functional food industries is a plus

1) Competitive Compensation. The candidates can expect a CTC of 10-25
