Food And Beverage Executive

At  The Fresh Factory , food is more than a menu – it’s an experience built on clean eating, mindful living, and exceptional hospitality. We’re looking for a  driven F&B Executive  to oversee daily operations, ensure impeccable service, and keep our food & beverage offerings running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise daily café and retail operations to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
Lead and motivate the service team to deliver warm, guest-focused hospitality
Work with the kitchen team to execute seasonal and specialty menus
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years’ experience in F&B operations, preferably in premium restaurant setups
Strong knowledge of service standards, food safety, and hygiene protocols
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Passion for clean, quality ingredients and guest experience
