We are looking for a senior academician with a background in commerce for a leadership position with a multi-disciplinary focused institute of eminence in Punjab.
This is a unique opportunity for a visionary but hands on academic leader who is passionate about institution building. The incumbent will get to shape the future of an institution, having an already existing strong educational legacy, and galvanize it to the next levels thereby creating a lasting impact on higher education of the State.
S/he will serve as the senior academic leader of the institution, providing strategic direction to advance its next phase of growth into a multidisciplinary Institution. S/he will be entrusted with upholding the vision of academic excellence, innovation, research, and multidisciplinary growth. Working closely with the Board to lead the development and implementation of the institute’s academic strategy, strengthen quality assurance and accreditation initiatives, foster faculty, and research excellence, and build national and international research and academic collaborations.

The role will also play a pivotal part in driving institutional transformation, including the expansion of academic programmes in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

The ideal candidate should be a distinguished academician with a Ph.D. from a recognized university with significant academic leadership experience. S/he should have a demonstrated track record of leading academic programmes, driving curriculum innovation, strengthening faculty development, and fostering research excellence.
