Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chemist located in Ludhiana. The Chemist will be responsible for conducting experiments and tests in a laboratory setting to develop and improve products, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support research and development (R&D) initiatives. Additional responsibilities include performing quality control checks, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports of findings. The Chemist will collaborate closely with other scientific and production staff to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong Laboratory Skills, including experience with handling equipment and conducting experiments
Proficiency in Quality Control processes to ensure product standards are consistently met
Analytical Skills to interpret data accurately and troubleshoot issues
Knowledge of and experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Research methodologies
Attention to detail and organization skills to document findings accurately
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Strong communication skills to collaborate with a team
Bachelor's or higher degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
