We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our busy Sales & Lettings team in Ludlow, Shropshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who has an interest in property and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident managing a varied workload and have excellent attention to detail. You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office and helping the Sales & Lettings team provide a high level of service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team
  • Creating property brochures and preparing marketing materials
  • Ordering printed property brochures and window cards
  • Maintaining accurate client, applicant and property records
  • Assisting with the organisation of appointments and viewings
  • Assisting with sales progression and helping to keep clients and relevant parties updated throughout the transaction
  • Liaising with clients, applicants, landlords, tenants, solicitors and other parties
  • Supporting the general organisation and smooth running of the Ludlow office
What We Are Looking For

  • The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A positive and proactive approach
  • Previous experience in administration, sales, lettings or a similar property-related role would be advantageous, but is not essential
  • An interest in property and delivering excellent customer service
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
  • A Friday afternoon off in lieu will be given following each Saturday worked

This is a varied role within a busy estate agency office and would suit someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in being organised and is keen to develop within the property industry.
