Aspire People is looking for experienced Qualified Teachers (QTS) to provide day‑to‑day or long‑term supply cover in secondary schools across Ludlow. Responsibilities include delivering high‑quality lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring students achieve their full potential.

• Deliver engaging lessons in your specialist subject area
• Follow existing lesson plans or adapt materials as needed
• Manage student behaviour and maintain a productive classroom
  
  Report on student progress and any issues to the school
  
  Support school staff with administrative tasks as required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in secondary schools
• A strong track record in your subject area
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Flexibility to cover different year groups or subjects as needed

• Confident and adaptable teaching style
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and staff
