Craven Arms, Shropshire (SY7) – Sunnydale residential care home (supports up to 10 adults with mental health needs)

Role: Senior Support Worker

Salary: £14.40 – £15.00 per hour

Hours: 35 hours per week

Shifts: 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, 7am-9pm (sleeps 9pm‑7am)

Drivers Licence: UK driver’s licence with access to a vehicle is essential

• Manage a team of Support Workers
• Provide high standards of care in line with care and support plans
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
• Accurately record, maintain reports and care plans
• Liaise with health professionals and families
• Complete supervisions and audits
• Ensure all duties undertaken by reporting staff meet required standards and contribute positively to a happy, efficient, homely atmosphere within the home

• 5.6 weeks annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays
