Duties of a Paint Sprayer:

Preparing vehicles and performing high-quality paint spraying work
Colour matching and blending to manufacturer standards
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Collaborating effectively within a busy team to meet customer deadlines
Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer is essential
Relevant qualifications such as ATA, NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent are highly advantageous
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing outstanding finishes
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
