Registered Nurse

Evolve Staffing Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join a premier healthcare facility in the scenic market town of Bishop's Castle. • Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to patients in line with NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) standards.
• Administer medications, manage wound care, and monitor vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure CQC (Care Quality Commission) compliance.
• Supervise junior staff and healthcare assistants to ensure a safe clinical environment.

• Valid NMC Pin:
  Must be a Registered Adult Nurse with a current, unrestricted registration.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in acute care, elderly care, or community nursing is highly desirable.
• Skills:
  
  Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Compliance:
  Must have the right to work in the UK and undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
• Communication:
