One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Shift Leader to manage duties, coordinate a team, and drive store performance in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach colleagues, safeguard health and safety, and ensure a high standard of service and presentation across the store.
You will lead opening/closing, handle day-to-day queries in absence of the Store Manager, and support events and community activities, while maintaining excellent customer focus and operational efficiency.
