Base pay range$18.00/hr – $18.00/hr
We offer sign‑on and referral bonuses, pay for travel time and mileage, opportunities for pay increases, paid time off, and a 401(k) employer match. Certifications such as CNA or CHHA are not required, but if you have a current certification, we offer a pay differential to start.

- Experience caring for elderly and/or disabled individuals
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the US
- Compassionate provider of personal care, homemaking, and companion services
- Certification preferred, but not required
- Experience with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Hospice care preferred but not required
- Criminal background record check
- A minimum of 4 references (2 personal and 2 professional)
- Recent TB test completed within the past year
- Working every other weekend is a requirement
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking as needed.
- Launder clothing and linens.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety.
- Assist with medication reminders.
