Base pay: $75,000.00/yr – $/yr

Additional $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus.

• Provide direct care to patients in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner.
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Modify goals and treatment plans as needed based on patient progress.
• Coordinate care efficiently, often managing two patients simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
• Perform necessary non‑direct care tasks to support the rehabilitation process.

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required).
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills.
