In this vital role, you won’t just be resetting passwords—you’ll be a critical part of keeping our systems running smoothly and ensuring our staff has the tools and support they need to succeed.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.

-4:00 p.m.; must be able to work any shift as directed.

As a Help Desk Specialist, you’ll be the first line of defense when tech trouble strikes. You’ll troubleshoot issues, guide users through problems, and help implement solutions that keep our operations efficient and secure. You’ll also:

• Serve as the go‑to expert for Help Desk requests related to office applications, hardware, software, and telecommunications systems.
• Investigate and resolve user issues or escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with IS&T staff to identify needs and implement improvements across systems.
• Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, Exchange mailboxes, and more.
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of applications and systems.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and reports to help our Help Desk run like a well‑oiled machine.
• Be part of an on‑call rotation and ready to lend a hand when needed.
