Pay Range: $39.83-$51.00 /hour (based on experience)
Differential: 10% float differential
Mileage reimbursement: provided
Hours: Full-time (30+ hours per week)
Service Area: Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Agawam, and Ludlow, MA

As a Float RN with Innovative Renal Care, you'll support a small group of nearby dialysis clinics - gaining exposure to different patient populations and care teams while maintaining a steady schedule, consistent hours, and full-time benefits.
About the RoleYou’ll provide safe, high-quality dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) across several local clinics. This role combines the autonomy of travel nursing with the security of a permanent position - offering clinical variety, professional growth, and a supportive leadership team that ensures you’re never on your own.
What You'll Do- Provide dialysis treatments in accordance with all clinical standards
- Assess, monitor, and document patient condition
- Administer medications and respond to emergent changes
- Educate patients and families on dialysis and home care
- Support multiple teams while ensuring continuity of patient care
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- ADN required; BSN preferred (three-year diploma accepted)
- At least 1 year of dialysis RN experience required
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg experience also valued
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
