We are looking for compassionate caregivers to provide personal, in‑home support to senior adults across Deep East Texas, including Lufkin, Huntington, Diboll, Zavalla, Nacogdoches, Corrigan, Apple springs, Etoile, and Wells. • Help clients take prescribed medication.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home using hoyer lifts, gait belts, walkers, and wheelchairs.
• Provide personal care and hygiene support, including bathing assistance and incontinence care.
• Help clients with routine exercises.
• Plan and prepare meals with client assistance when possible.
• Do client shopping or accompany them to grocery stores, salons, and doctor appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own.
• Serve as a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.

• Passion for serving others.
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with dietary considerations.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Respectful and compassionate demeanor.
• Experience with bathing assistance and incontinence care.
• Experience with transferring seniors using a hoyer lift or gait belt.
• Strong ethics.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s and dementia.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience with the elderly in a facility, with an agency, or a CNA certification.
