Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Telemetry) Nurse is needed in a healthcare facility location. This position involves providing patient care in a hospital setting, with responsibilities aligned with medical surgical and telemetry nursing standards. The role requires adherence to clinical protocols and ensuring quality patient outcomes.
Job Details- Position:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Telemetry) Nurse - Shift: Night shifts from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM, with a schedule variance;
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday shifts; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week. - Required Qualifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; minimum 1 year of experience; must have completed MS/Telemetry/Wound Care training; current immunizations and compliance with facility's clinical requirements. - Schedule:
Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week. - Additional Information:
Must request floating with a sub; the blackout period for RTO is from 12/24 to 12/25; scrub color required is Dark Navy Blue; EMR system used is MEDHOST.
