Commercial Insurance Account Associate

Position: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial Lines department as a Commercial Insurance Account Associate.

The Commercial Insurance Account Associate plays a key role in supporting our Commercial Lines Account Managers and ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, professional service.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, stays highly organized, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

• Assist Commercial Lines Account Managers with daily account servicing and administrative responsibilities.
• Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, and other policy-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records, activities, and documentation within our agency management system.
• Assist with reviewing policies and identifying missing or incomplete documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members regarding routine service requests.
• Track outstanding information and assist Account Managers in meeting important deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with the Commercial Lines team to maintain efficient workflows and excellent client service.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Comfortable learning new technology and software systems.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Previous commercial insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with AMS
  360 or other insurance agency management systems is a plus.
• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred but not required.
