Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse II practices as a full partner on the multidisciplinary team, independently planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and performing related duties as required. The role involves assessing patient needs for nursing care, ensuring continuity through discharge planning, education, and service coordination, and advocating for patients and families. The RN models professional practice, contributes to strategies that improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and cost‑effectiveness at the unit level.

Requirements- Associate's Degree in Nursing or accredited licensing diploma
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or completion within 90 days of hire
- Minimum one (1) year of RN experience
$20,000 SIGN ON BONUS for full‑time positions for RN candidates with over 1 year of experience. Paid in a lump sum after 30 days of employment, contingent on meeting the requirements.
