Monday–Thursday (9am–5pm)

Our local office is looking for compassionate LPN/LVN to provide care for a very special client/patient. These case details can be discussed by applying or contacting us.

Location/Setting: Lufkin, TX •
Age Range: Teenager •
Acuity: Low (Gbutton Care)

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining if needed
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
