• Be a Team Member:
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; be flexible to business needs; track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert:
  Understand quality processes and specifications for produce; prepare products to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to support decisions about production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive area performance; stock and rotate department products using perpetual inventory; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist customers per company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Represent the department and club with high-quality service and products; model energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; use Open Door Policy; apply these in business processes.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; seek opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.
