$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr (actual rate may be higher based on experience and location)

• Keep freezers, coolers, and deli areas clean, sanitized, and stocked with high‑quality products.
• Monitor temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality items.
• Pack ready-to‑sell products in proper containers and maintain organized displays.
• Provide friendly customer service, assisting members with product location and purchasing decisions.
• Complete safety sweeps, forklift spotting, and hazardous material handling in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain inventory logs, complete audits, and handle merchandise claims and returns.
• Apply food handling policies and Cold Chain procedures during stocking and equipment maintenance.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to complete all required trainings and assessments in a timely manner.

• Experience with stocking, customer service, or merchandise management.
• Strong problem‑solving and adaptability skills.
• Creativity and willingness to innovate within a fast‑paced environment.

Base hourly rate plus performance‑based premium bonuses ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
