Merchandiser Travel Retail Service is responsible for representing Acosta, our clients, and our customers by effectively working in teams to perform reset and remodel work including, but not limited to, reading and implementation of plan‑ograms, new item placement, void corrections, and special merchandising activity. Must be a self‑starter, quick learner, have a strong attention to detail, and work well in a team environment.

• Read and follow a plan‑ogram to complete reset and remodel work, utilizing merchandising and retail terminology.
• Move and clean shelves, install new racks and shelves, display merchandise properly, attach shelf strips and tags, check date codes and plan‑ogram integrity, and process pack‑outs, restocks, and reorders.
• Partner with store personnel and co‑workers to achieve merchandising excellence, discuss changes, and build effective relationships.
• Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to reset and remodel work.
• Perform work safely, using proper safety techniques and equipment, and alert management to unsafe conditions.
• Understand and follow Acosta policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• At least 1 year experience reading and using planograms; retail and reset responsibility experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Comfortable using technology (smartphones, computers, handheld devices).
• Core competencies:
  
  Quality Commitment, Detail Oriented, Customer Service, Communication Skills, and proficiency with web‑based applications.
• Willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions (refrigerated and freezer sections) for limited periods.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to obtain necessary travel credentials.

Travel is required, with overnight stays up to 75‑100% of the time; occasional weekend work may be required.
