We are looking for a part‑time Merchandiser to support our product display in Lufkin, TX retail locations including Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Walmart.

• Stock and arrange product displays for grass seed, chemicals, and clay pottery.
• Maintain set integrity for Central Garden grass seed, chemicals, bird feed, fertilizer, and clay pottery.
• Set and maintain shelves according to retailer mandated planograms/modulars.
• Install and maintain off‑shelf display opportunities.
• Interact with consumers during peak season (training provided).

• Previous merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact with store management and consumers.
• Strong reading skills to understand packaging labels and re‑tagging projects.
• Must be able to bend, pull, and lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the work day.
• Must be able to climb ladders and use pallet jack and hand‑powered tools.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence with good driving record, reliable transportation, and current personal car insurance.
• Daily internet/email access and a personal smartphone (Android 13+ or iOS 15+).
• Responsible, reliable, dependable work habits.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safety.

• Retail store environment – garden center and retail stores.
• Work week Monday‑Friday, some weekends (primarily Saturday).
• Daily travel throughout territory may require driving time (personal car).
• Remote – available if needed.
