• Stock and stage “fresh” merchandise onto the sales floor
• Use Z-racks and carts to organize clothing, hardlines, and décor
• Create visually appealing displays and maintain store sections
• Size, sort, and straighten items on the sales floor
• Remove outdated or damaged items as directed by management
• Keep fitting rooms and checkout areas clean and tidy
• Dust, sanitize, sweep, mop, and make the store sparkle
• Re-merchandise misplaced items (soft/hard lines)
• Support team members and contribute to a positive store vibe
• Represent Goodwill with professionalism, dignity, and respect

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
• Basic communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to follow safety and store procedures

Experience in merchandising or decorating is a plus-but not required!

• Part-Time | 20-25 hours per week
• Some evening and weekend shifts may be required
• Flexibility available with supervisor approval
• This is a non-exempt (hourly) position
