Concrete Pump Operator – GenX Concrete Pumping, L.L.C.; Lufkin, TX

Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000+/yr ($20–$35+/hr)

GenX Concrete Pumping is hiring dependable Concrete Pump Operators to join our team. This position requires a Class B CDL, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly. We operate a professional, safety‑focused environment and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and represents the company well on every job site.

Training Program

We provide a 90‑day paid, on‑the‑job training program for new operators.

Training pay: $175/day (higher for experienced candidates)

Hands‑on instruction with experienced operators

Pay increases after training is completed

Performance bonuses

Requirements

• MUST HAVE Class B CDL (required) and 2 to 5 years of commercial driving experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and be comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, with the ability to work early mornings.
• Represent GenX Concrete Pumping in a professional manner.

Preferred Experience (Not required — we will train the right person with valid CDL and DOT medical ceertificate.)

• Mechanical aptitude

Key Responsibilities

• Operate concrete pump trucks safely and professionally
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain pump equipment
• Communicate with contractors and job‑site personnel
• Maintain accurate job tickets and time records

MUST HAVE Class B CDL and valid DOT Medical Certification
