Job Title: Overnight Team Member

Planet Fitness Lufkin is seeking a dedicated Overnight Team Member who is passionate about health and fitness. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment for all members and guests while providing exceptional customer service. • Greet members and guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the gym, including locker rooms, lobby, fitness equipment, and other areas.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Uphold Planet Fitness’ commitment to a “judgement‑free zone” environment.
• Assist with general maintenance and ensure all safety standards are met.
• Process membership enrollments and related paperwork accurately.
• Monitor gym safety and security during overnight hours.
• Report directly to the Club Manager regarding any issues or concerns.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Basic computer skills for processing memberships and reporting issues.
• Passion for fitness and helping others is a plus.

• Overnight shifts (typically between 10 PM and 6 AM)
• Schedule flexibility required, including weekends and holidays.
