Overview

We are looking for German-speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse multicultural environment in Lisbon.

Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote in Portugal
Market: German-Speaking

As part of the Customer Service Operations team you will:

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms and calls
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds or incomplete services
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
• Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback and support customer success
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
• Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed

• Salary: Up to 1300 gross/month plus performance & complexity bonus (14 salaries per year)
• Relocation Support: Optional for candidates moving from abroad

Accommodation Option:
Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months
Rent:
280/month all utilities included (deducted from payslip)

• 40 hours/week with a 1-hour lunch break
• 22 vacation days per year
• If you work on a Portuguese public holiday you receive a compensation day
