After-Sales Technician

On behalf of our client, a Swiss technology leader specializing in high-efficiency power protection solutions for critical infrastructure —we are seeking a highly motivated After-Sales Technician to join their team in Lugano.

The selected candidate will provide technical support to customers after product delivery, ensuring efficient maintenance, repair, and training services both remotely and/or on-site
.

• Provide remote troubleshooting and technical assistance
  .
• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs
  .
• Deliver technical training to customers.
• Support factory witness tests with clients.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and propose product improvements.
• Install, commission, and service the full product range.

• Technical education in electrical or electronic engineering
  .
• Proven experience in power electronics and UPS/inverter systems.
• Field service experience (installation, commissioning, and repair).
• Proficient in the use of measuring tools (e.g., oscilloscope, multimeter).
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and schematics.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 certified);
  German is a plus.
• The role requires strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
