Main TasksThe successful candidate will perform the following activities:
- Supporting Client Administration Specialist in Due Diligence checks: check the coherence of the information provided by the prospect with the information filed in the contractual documentation, checks on the KYC information and relationship opening approval for clients categorized as Low Risk
- Collaboration with Client Administration Specialist prior to opening, updating and closing of customer accounts: checking documentation, opening the accounts in the banking system, managing missing documents, assigning/changing user conditions, filing documentation, signature verification
- FATCA and CRS Reporting: recurring checks on FATCA and CRS relevant static data
- Supporting Client Administration Specialist in E-banking management opening and management of contracts, help desk, renewal of credentials, modification of user access, modification of active services
- Customer assistance in all cases where bank intervention is required, as per internal policies and procedures
- Mail opening service: opening internal mail and sorting according to procedure
- Collaboration with Private Banking team for customer contact request in specific situations
- Management of correspondence with customers where not handled automatically through e-banking
- A good understanding of legal and statutory requirements for banks
- 1–2 years of experience in customer opening/management activities at a bank
- Commitment, resilience and teamwork orientation, as well as ability to work independently
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products, knowledge of the Avaloq banking system and project methodologies are a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; knowledge of other Italian languages is considered a plus
- Experience in a rump up context will be considered a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office and advanced knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively on assigned tasks, taking over responsibility at every stage
- Humble, flexible and hands-on approach to solve problems with a strong team player attitude
- Ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines
