Framework Ventures is seeking a QA Lead in Lugano, Switzerland, responsible for overseeing quality assurance at Tether Data. This role involves developing and executing test strategies, managing QA teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across the development lifecycle. Candidates must have over 5 years of QA experience, including both manual and automation testing, and a strong understanding of QA methodologies.

Nice to have: experience with cloud environments and relevant certifications. A culture of continuous improvement is encouraged.
