Customer Analytics Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely together with marketing and digital transformation specialists to understand their needs in terms of data to operate and steer their marketing strategies.
• Develop customer behavioral profiling based on demographic, product usage and multi‑channel touchpoints data (from digital to call center).
• Utilize machine learning, statistical modeling and feature engineering techniques to develop powerful response predictive models that anticipate customer responses and behaviors.
• Develop robust scheduled data feeding procedures by extracting data from multiple data sources, perform data preparation and apply ML models.
• Develop Business Intelligence dashboards to track customer portfolio KPIs, digital adoption and marketing initiatives performance.
• Become the data steward of reference for customers and touchpoint data. Collaborate with Information Management specialists to ensure data integrity and effective data modeling.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Very strong background in data analysis, including multivariate statistical methods and forecasting models.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, in the financial industry is an advantage.
• Excellent skills in working with relational databases; proven advanced SQL knowledge, with Big Query is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of the programming language Python and the related libraries for scientific computing (in particular pandas, numpy and scikit‑learn).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of a modern BI tool like MS Power BI is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the IBM SPSS data analytics software or similar is an advantage.
• Analytical and solution oriented mindset, excellent problem solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated and proactive personality.
• Outstanding communication skills. Fluency in Italian, English and German required.
