AVART is seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to oversee and develop the company’s digital presence across multiple channels. This role requires a hands‑on professional capable of managing the day‑to‑day operations of our digital ecosystem while identifying opportunities to improve visibility, customer engagement, and overall online performance. The ideal candidate combines technical competence, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of how brands are discovered, experienced, and engaged with in today's digital environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the company’s digital presence across all online touchpoints.
- Ensure the website and digital channels operate efficiently and reflect the highest standards of presentation and user experience.
- Monitor, maintain and improve the visibility and discoverability of the company and its represented brands across search, digital and emerging AI‑driven environments.
- Plan, coordinate and execute content initiatives across communication channels.
- Support the development of customer acquisition, retention and engagement strategies.
- Manage customer communication workflows and database development.
- Analyse digital performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Identify, evaluate and implement new technologies, tools and processes that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Coordinate external partners and service providers when necessary.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the company’s digital strategy.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM or related fields.
- Strong understanding of how digital ecosystems function.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to independently identify problems, develop solutions and execute them effectively.
- Familiarity with contemporary digital tools, automation systems and AI implementation.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Confidence working across multiple digital platforms and systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Interest in fashion, design, art and contemporary culture is highly appreciated.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
