We are seeking a proactive, quality-focused Mobile Developer with a solid understanding of the mobile development lifecycle and modern app architecture.

In this role, you will contribute to both the design and development of advanced features, leveraging modern technologies such as Kotlin Multiplatform
.

You will be responsible for writing clean, scalable, and robust code that meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

• Designing and building scalable, reusable mobile solutions
• Writing clean, high‑performing code using Kotlin Multiplatform
• Testing and optimizing features for performance, usability, and reliability
• Troubleshooting and resolving bugs, edge cases, and performance issues
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define and implement new features
• Contributing to product design and feature planning with the product team
• Documenting features and technical implementations clearly
• Championing clean architecture, security, and performance best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience developing Android and iOS applications
• Practical knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform
• Experience with MVVM, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, and REST API integrations
• A strong grasp of mobile security, performance, and responsive UI design
• A mindset for clean code, design patterns, and scalable architecture
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• English and Italian proficiency required
• Experience working in Agile teams and mentoring others is a plus

• Please note that a fully remote work policy is not offered for this role
• Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino/Switzerland or towns near the Swiss‑Italian border
• Work‑from‑home days may be possible according to the Client's policy
